Mother s blood group IS O positive and Baby too has same blood group.

Hello
Neonatal jaundice is sometimes physiological with nothing to worry. And it subsides on its own or after a few phototherapy session. As we can see levels are just above the limits which are not alarming, you should, as a precaution, consult a pediatrician in your locality and get phototherapy sessions for the child. As baby and mother have same blood group, that may not be cause. Baby's weight is also good.
