Jaw pain near right ear
Dear Dr. I have very much pain while opening my mouth or chewing food.. some clicking sound also coming.. i used to go gym since last 4 months. Is this a serious issues? Pls do reply and suggest some medicine. I am residing in Oman

Hi,visit an experienced dentist and get a splint made that shall guide the teeth into correct occlusal relationship and also reduce clicking sounds,eat soft diet for few days.

Is there any history of any trauma in your jaw ? If yes then go for an OPG radiograph so that I can find the problem in your temporomandibular joint.
Next Steps
try not to open your mouth a lot restrict your mouth opening don't do vigorous chewing. take some antiinflammatories.
