I had almost all type of symptoms of tmj disorder including neck pain and upper back pain. But with time as I am doing some exercises for tmj, I am feeling the symptoms are getting vanished slowly. Should I continue those exercises for improving myself or should I see a doctor immediately? If I should see the doctor then which specialist should I see?
