Jaw skin cut
Skin in my upper jaw end got cut and is literally hanging. Not sure how it happened. It is painful if I try to eat anything from that side. Could you please suggest what action should i take

You must be suffering from gingivitis in which gingiva get swollen and gets tear off from the tooth.It must have been associated with infection that's why you are feeling pain.You must get your complete scaling done .

Go and have your scaling done.
Maintain good oral hygiene and brush your teeth twice daily.
Do rinse your mouth with Betadine mouthwash twice daily for atleast 7 days.
