Joint makes noise
Dear sir/madam, i am suffering from an issue, that is i am getting an abnormal sound in my knee joint while i use to get up from laying or sitting position, and sometimes during walking also. Same sometimes happens in other joints also like ankle joint, arm joints etc. Please help me and suggest me what to do now. And what will the corrective action need to take. Because of lockdown at present i am not able to reach at doctor's site. So please help me.

As long as it is just some painless noise, you don’t have to worry about it. Just do regular muscle strengthening exercises, but if it is associated with pain, swelling, redness etc, will need to evaluate.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Young age joint do crack or make sound . So it's normal . If it's associated with pain and swelling then needs  to be examined and investigates

suggest you to visit phsyiotherapist for 2-3 session  for basic  excersies for knee hip ankle joint rom excersies  and then continue those excersie daily at home
