Joint pain and extreme fatigue
I had a C section in October last year. Since then I have been suffering from severe body ache especially in knees, back, elbows and fingers. I feel tired all of the time despite taking good diet, proper rest and light exercise. Earlier when I consulted doctors they said it will take some time to recover from delivery pains. But now it's more than six months and I have not recovered more than 30percent. Also, since past 2 weeks I am feeling pain in my breastbone and adjacent ribs... It's even difficult for me to carry my baby. The pain is increasing everyday. I get breathless even with light activity. Please suggest how to get rid of the pains. Also is it normal to feel slight pain at C section site when touched or rubbed even after six months.
