Hi my husband had viral fever on 2nd September we went to the doctor hidbp was 70/40 temp was around 101. He was advised admission by noon his temp was around 103.5 with vomiting and his bp continued to be low was taken to icu due to drop in platelet to 48k to stabilize his bp was in icu for 3days platelets dropped to 28k when he was sent to ward and hametology team took over as he was a know case of ITP his platelets dropped .he is know case of cld . He was given 8 units of platelets noe no fe
