Joint pain
I have left wrist pain because I slipped on the floor and I fell with my entire body on left wrist since then I am having light pain. My right ankle twisted while stepping down. That time it was paining a lot for a week. But I still have light pain. Can you suggest what should I do? PS: I exercise daily. Is that causing more problem?

You needs to visit nearby orthopaedic surgeon to rule out any bony injury by doing in person examination and X-rays if needed. You need to stop doing exercises at present.
