Take balanced diet rich in vitamins & minerals.
Avoid medicines as far as possible.
After delevery, hopefully your backache will diappear.

Please avoid taking painkillers if you can and see physiotherapy might help. Speak to your gynaecologist regarding painkillers like simple paracetamol might do the trick
