Hi I am a sports person you to run marathons. 3 months before I got injured in my knees while running 50 km ultra marathon... From that day I stop per doing any activities...I don't have too much pain in my knees and ankle but if I am standing for long hours or lifting heavy weight. I am getting mild pain in ankle and knees...Few of my friends this might be legement Injury...Please help me what to do next...
