Jointed foreskin with glans penis
My foreskin is attached with the glans portion at the base. It becomes very painful and tight when my penis gets erect. The problem aggravates when I masturbate because it becomes very tight and the foreskin doesn't go back from midway. Also over prolonged use, it gets swollen, painful and a burning sensation is also there. I am worried that it will be detrimental to my sex life and may lead to painful circumstances if untreated. What are the possible options for the same. What might be the repercussions.
