Just a doubt
I have got -0.75 eye lenses as my far vision was out of focus. I just have a query, do i need to wear those glasses even while reading or using computers and all, doesn't really make quite a difference, i just get a little strain in the eye if i do so. What do you suggest i ought to do ?

if you feel comfortable while reading less than a feet distance. you are mistaken your near point has come nearer. in that case you must use your glasses while reading also, and make a Habbit to keep the object (book)
at more than a feet. use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily.
