I have a really bad lower back pain and it's sore I'm peeing not not peeing loads please help

Your symptoms are likely of urinary tract infection... Get an Urine routine and microscopy test and USG abdomen and pelvis done Drink plenty of water T. Nifutin 100 mg twice a day for 7 days T. Rabium 40 mg twice a day for 7 days Syp. KCIT 2 teaspoonful in half glass of water thrice a day..
