Sir, I m unemployed and need your help.kindly provide the prescription for kalkal(spot in which after itching water comes out) over my scrotal sac.symptoms are-while itching it i feel intense pleasure and there are like spots from which water comes out after itching in local language it is called Kaalkal.sir kindly suggest me medicine for that as in this covid situation i am unemployed and got this itching problem,due lack of money i cant afford video consultation.So sir kindly suggest the medicine for that.sir the itching makes the night not sleepable.please help me sir.
