Keloid scar
I got a stitch below my lower lips n now it has turned into a keloid can i go dirctly for scar revision in that place or i have to frst do the steroid treatmnt then scar revision pls hlp me doctor

If you want to undergo scar revision surgically then there is no need to reduce it with steroid injections first. However after the surgery you might have to take injections in the early stages and also apply specific creams to prevent it from forming into a keloid because it can you happen again do you do your inherent tendency.
