Keloids in neck

I have keloids from last 10 years but had not taken any treatment for it. From last 3 months i was taking kortisone injections in every 15 days gap in my hometown but due to shifting in pune i have to stop my treatment and i need to take injections over here now. If u could suggest me something regardind this.
