Keratosis pilaris treament

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have Chicken skin (Keratosis pilaris) for few 7-8 years now. There are red patches with no itching on my back, shoulders, hands. Now it started slowly on my legs also. I tried many products like baby soaps, dove etc. to keep my skin hydrated, but none one them have helped. Now it got even worse. What medicines, soaps, creams, lotions I have to use to get rid of KP permanently. I am not comfortable in wearing sleeveless clothes.Please help me out!Please
