Kertoconous in eye
Can I correct vision with laser and I have kertoconous. Please suggest can my astigmatism correct or not

Hi..keratoconous is contrindication for lasik. It should be treated if progressing . Maybe you can visit cornea specialist in an Institutional set up where they can advise about the same.

Keratoconus is a progressive condition(esp.in young patient) ,here cornea is weak.Any lasik corrections are best avoided.If noted with progression, C3R with riboflavin may be considered.

LASIK should be avoided if you have keratoconus. It can deteriorate your condition. It's better to use either glasses or customised contact lens.
