My father is 70 yrs old, his urea level is 78 and creatinine is 2.7 and he is a diabetic and heart disease patient his Sugar level last time is before meal 70 and after meal is 120, BP is 120/80

That is very high kidney function tests. He needs to see a Nephrologist immediately. May need dialysis.
