Kidney infection grade II with 3.8 creatinine Wat is my diet and how much amount of oil, salt n vegetables and fruits can I take. Can I eat biscuits and protein I should avoid my doctor said and Wat exercise can I do

U must be having chronic kidney disease CKD ( based on what u have written) .. diet is avoid non vegetarian food , egg is allowed , avoid fruits, fruit juices , coconut water , other canned beverages .. u can have apple, papaya , pine apple , guava fruits .. salt shud be limited - around 5 grams / day ( 1 tea spoon is 5 grams approximately ) .. that means salt only for taste in all ur cooked food items .. avoid table salt .. avoid pickles , Papads, namkeen .. any qualified dietitian wil give u diet chart for CKD
