Kidney issues
Brothers Creatinine level have gone to 7.4 which means both Kidneys are damaged. They would like to know if there are any medicines the Creatinine level can come down? and can it be treated without Dialysis and Kidney Transplantation.

Once creatinine levels increase beyond certain level, it is difficult to reverse. Eventually dialysis and transplant are required. If the cause of increase in creatinine can be reversed, there can be benefit. Consult your nephrologist.
