Kidney issues.
Father got an injury while doing some work and that wound is not heeling. He diabetic + BP. Diabetes was 79(f), 135 (pp) on 6 July. BP was at normal on 11 July. Doctor has given some prescription. Attaching test reports.

Consult a nephrologist as apart from a non healing wound there is azotemia(increased blood urea&serum  creatinine). serum potassium is also high. Significant proteinuria and known diabetes also. Chronic kidney disease require regular monitoring and consultation with a nephrologist
