Hydronephrosis seen on the right. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained bilaterally. Cortical parenchymal thikness is normal.small calculus is seen (9 mm) in the inferior calyx of left kidney.

Consult urologist in nearest hospital .. Stone has to be removed.
