Hydronephrosis seen on the right. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained bilaterally. Cortical parenchymal thikness is normal.small calculus is seen (9 mm) in the inferior calyx of left kidney.

Hydronephrosis can be due to internal and external conditions that affect the kidney and the urinary collecting system. One of the most common of causes of hydronephrosis is acute unilateral obstructive uropathy, vesico urethral reflux ... Consult urologist in nearest hospital .. Stone has to be removed.
