Kidney Problem, one month old
My nephew is one old and he cry most of the time since birth, his stomach is always hard and puffy so pediatrician has advised some kidney test and ultrasound.
So i am uploading reports, kindly advise if anything is serious.

HUN at such a young age is most of the time existing prior to birth also.... The child will need further evaluation..... He needs to be comanaged by urologist and nephrologist

Do you have Antenatal scan report,
Get RFT test done
Get a review of ultrasound scan by same radiologist asking for anterioposterior diameter.. and depending on those values the management can be planned by
