Had CT scan and consulted kidney specialist but not find any... Little buble abdominopelvic10cm...please do needful

Mesenteric cysts are common. It is causing pressure on ureter which may lead to non functioning of that kidney on long term so the cyst has to be removed. Do u have any pain abdomen ? Any digestive symptoms ? Any other medical history ?
