You don’t have just 1 stone
There are multiple and the largest measures 9mm
Also, ultrasound is not a conclusive investigation
Thirdly if any of the stones falls into ureter ( tube which connects kidney to urinary bladder), you will have pain

Ncct kub ( ct Scan to confirm size and exact size )
