You have a 5 mm stone in right distal ureter that is urine pipe from kidney to bladder. Chance of it passing out is about 80% on medications in 4 weeks. If recurrent pain or stone does not pass in 4 weeks you may need surgery. Another 4.5 mm stone in right kidney does not need treatment at present.
