Kidney Stone
I have calcium oxalate stone. Harvard university(top university of the world) describes wheat flour very high in oxalate . What is ayurveda views about it? Should i stop eating it? And what other food items should i limit?

Ayurvedic understanding of stone formation is different, we treat in different lines, which is based on dosa and dushya... Whatever wheat bran contain more oxalate than the wheat floor which has most of that filtered, i advice patient to avoid heavy foods like parata, etc consult me online

Take =Barley,Melons,cucumber, sabra seeds,banana stem(juice),horsegram Avoid=tomatoes,cabbage,milk products preferably take curds and buttermilk.  DRINK SUFFICIENT WATER

Hello Ma'am don't worry, Take Cow's milk and it's products, honey, barley,oats,white rice,corn flour,apples, yogurt,U can take wheat flour in small amount
