There r two options for u.. First is RIRS, for removal of all stones.. Second is DJ stent placement followed by ESWL... Sometimes stone may pass by only placing DJ stent
Treatment of stone requires, the doctor to see the size and site of stones, only the stone causing obstruction to the passage of urine from kidney, May need a surgical solution. In short, you need to consult a urolgist, who should see the films and decide which stone need medication and which needs to be mechanical removal ( surgical solution)
He will be needing surgery
Either now or a little later, as stones from kidney will pass through ureter, and before reaching bladder they will get stuck in ureter. Some might Pass and some might stuck
The stones which will get stucked, are the problematic ones.
Next Steps
Get a ct scan and get the exact size and site of stones
