Kidney Stones
Hi Doc, I have 3 stones in kidney size's 3.8mm, 4.0 mm and 6.6mm in right side kidney and a 3.0mm stone at left side kidney. Have little bit pain during urine and also have stomach pain which is unbearable. Please provide best way to cure this problem. And I want to know that is the treatment possible without operation. These size of stone are counted in small or large?

Hi usually stones upto 6 mm are small and can.pass spontaneously. Larger ones and  those that get stuck need to be removed endoscopically. Can start alpha blocker and take plenty of fluids.
