Kidney stones
I am 23yrs old having kidney stones from past 3months.1) right kidney Lower ureteric calculus of 6mm and lower calyceal of 4mm 2)left kidney lower calyceal of 3mm. At first time I got pain but I don't have any pain and sometimes Little bit uncomfortable while passing urine.2 doctors I contacted but they give 1month medicine now they asking for surgery (means burning of stones through laser) what to do...

Stone may also cause infection,and derangement of affected kidney.get a functional study like IVP or CT Urography to look for that.if  small ureteric stone still not passing despite adequate medical treatment.endoscopic removal may be done
