My stone size as per the NCCT is 21 × 15 mm ( 970 HU ) what does it mean stone is big or small. What is the size in mm then

As for the size you mentioned this is stone of around 2 cm. This is reasonably large stone and need treatment... Please consult a urologist for further evaluation and treatment
