My ten year old has gotten athletes foot. I bought Lotrimin Ultra. The precautions state not to give to children under 12. Can I use the cream on my 10 year olds foot?

In Less than 12 years age children the studies were not conducted as it is uncommon in that age. Any way age is not a contraindication to use it. As it is a topical cream there won't be any side effects on the body. I think your dermatologist knows it better and have prescribed it. So you can use it.
Next Steps
if any abnormal symptoms are there contact your dermatologist at the earliest.
