Today I discovered that on my waist there are some inflamed structures on skin which look like worms. There is no irritation in affected area and no itching. Still I am concerned. I have attached the pictures for your reference. Kindly tell me what is this and how to get rid of it.

These look like stretch marks. When they appear they look reddish. And over time they fade and become whitish. If you have gained weight suddenly the skin. Stretches and causes these.
Next Steps
Eat healthy and exercise regularly. Avoid junk foods and alcohol. vit E creams can help reduce the appearance but it will take time
