My mri report says that I have a full thickness acl tear of 9mm. What does that mean??? What's the difference in knee strength after acl surgery.

Full thickness ACL tear in young people needs surgery . Currently we do Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction . If it is conserved it leads to chronic knee pain , instability while walking n locking of knee .
