Knee and ankle pain after stereoids
I've been on steroid for 3 months as i had infection problem in lungs.I gained a lot of weight, my face was swollen. But i was okay with that. But now there is so much pain in my ankles and knees. Sometimes i am not able to walk. I am very depressed now, as i do not see any solutions. I am sick of eating medicines.

Post steroids swelling and pain is expected..if you are still on steroids ask your doctor and slowly taper it and stop it.
The swelling is due to water retention in the body caused by the steroids..
Only if the pain is unbearable take a medicine or else do warm water fermentation and physiotherapy..you will recover well..
