Knee and back pain
I delivered a baby boy on 7 th June through c section Had to work at home as my husband is alone Also I have to take my baby in lap at night times when he is not sleeping due to this my knee and back pains a lot What shall I do

Avoid sitting cross legged and check your posture while feeding and sitting in general. To avoid stooping check on Google feeding ergonomics and adapt yourself accordingly. Do not remain in one position for long and take regular breaks.

Check proper position and use pillow especially feeding pillow for comfort. Thanks
