Knee and heel pain after running
I have been jogging in the morning for a 6-7 months now, recently there's knee and heel pain after running which stays for the next few days. The knee pain still stays and hinders when climbing stairs

Stop jogging until you are asymptomatic Start again. Build up your stamina more slowly and gradually. Take antioxidants & vitamins.

Take rest for some days. See a physiotherapist for knee exercise. And continue jogging later.
