I have knee pain from a long time. tried medicine but not working. And currently i have legs pain also with knee. it is very painful to stand till 1 to 2 hrs and having pain in night, during i go to bed,. kindly suggest something

Muscles are not having enough strength.improve the muscle power.apply hot water bath to legs
