Your symptoms suggest intrarticular soft issue pathology. Clotting or bluish discolouration indicates internal bleeding. Try: 1. Regular knee quadriceps exercises ( static). 2. Ice pack application will help 3.Medications like Tendocare and Enzomac forte will help. 4. Keep affected knee immobilised and elevated.
Next Steps
Get knee evaluated with X-rays and MRI.
