  4. Knee injury. Able to play outdoor games?

Knee injury
While I was playing basketball, I have landed my right foot slightly twisted. I have taken MRI and the doctor recommended to go for minor surgery. But, I'm not interested in doing surgery. Can I cure naturally? Can I able to play outdoor games? I have attached my MRI report.

It’s complete ACL tear Definitely does require ACL Reconstruction
