Knee instability and pain.
I had a medical meniscus bucket handle tear repair and ACL reconstruction surgery 2.5 years back. Now when I had an MRI again, the report said that it shows a Complex posterior horn medial meniscus tear is noted, and ACL graft sprain is noted. It is giving me a little pain sometimes. But I m able to do normal walking, however I m not able to run. I want to come to a state where I am able to run as before. Is it possible ? What is the solution for the above tear ? Can it be repaired or it will be trimmed of ? Thank You.

Meniscus needs meniscectomy and ACL can be redone depending on Lachmann Test Quality and anterior translation.
