Knee joint pain - ACL tear.
Is there any non surgical treatment for ACL complete tear, I have little pain while walking, loss of stable ness in stairs.

In presence of instability, at 34, surgical reconstruction arthroscopically is a decent and highly recommended option for you .
Non surgical option is nothing but to take rest and knee strengthening exercises.
