For the clicking sound in knee: I suggest you start on a course of Cholecalciferol capsule, 60000 IU. 1 capsule every week for 2 months. So total 8 capsules (4 capsules in a month). Take it on the same day as you would the previous week. You may take the Uprise brand previously prescribed.
Also repeat your Vitamin D3 test.
An Xray of the Knee Joint is recommended.
For tiredness: You need to eat a proper diet, drink atleast 4 litres of water, maintain proper sleep schedule and you can add 1 multivitamin tablet a day post meal. And exercise, nothing heavy though.
An array of tests is suggested as well, which can be prescribed upon further online consultation.
For further consultation and clarification, please book a consultation on Practo.
