I have been suffering from heavy knee joint pain for more than three months.I have knees look like some pit like hole seems to be in the outlook of my knee. I have pain in my knee bone. In my left knee , when I squat , I can here some rubbing sound . I am just 21.I afraid about this pain . Pls help me. I took x Ray. It said that my knees are normal.

I think you need to consult a qualified physiotherapist who will assess and teach you exercises to relieve your pain. Also wear proper shoes with good cushioning effect.
