Knee joint problem
I am 24 years old. From past few weeks I am experiencing pain in my left knee with cracking sound. Also it feels as if the bones are grinding against each other. I have never had any knee injury but I do have bow legs. Can you tell me what is the cause of all this and can it be treated without surgery?

Knee pain in young male with cracking sound is a patellofemoral pain. You need to do hams, quads, calf,IT band stretches, VMO,core and gluteal strengthening exercises.Avoid bending knee beyond 90 like squatting, sitting on floor.
