Hi Doctor, Im having 6month old baby and just started with supplementary feed along with my breastfeeding and for the past one week im facing knee pain on the right leg alone and its swollen. Im taking osiroc(calcium) and DHA tablet from day 1 of my post pregnancy.can i do squat to strengthen my knee?Pls help me to recover.

-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
-Any way it may be tried,
--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab SOS. X 5 days.
