27 years female Left Knee pain on walking for 1 km and climbing stairs and if sitting on the floor with folded legs There is no swelling or redness Sometimes the pain is unbearable What could be the cause and any precautions and any suggestions Thanks in advance

knee joint..pain so many reasons for it .. At this age degenerative knee pain is less common could be Trouma injury.. Inflammatory ligament injury.etc common
