Knee pain after month after initial inju
About a month ago I fell of my moped and landed on my knee it was hurting till about 30 mins after the pain reduced a lot but the next day it was worse over time it got better and better but it seems to have plateaud and is not really healing anymore there's still pain when I can bend my knee but when it gets to a point almost close to fully bent I still get pain and if I straighten it out not as much as when I bend it but still pain I'm looking to do some physical activities should I hold off?

Most likely u have injured ur knee cap bone... should have show a orthopedic doctor... many times undisplace fracture or meniscus injury may give symptoms like this.. Apply a lot of ice packs.. dont try to bend ..wear a small knee  brace for a week.. if no improvement visit ortho doc.. let him examine u and if required get a xray or mri done...
