Knee pain and wrist pain
Few months before my hand got fracture and plaster removed during the month of April end i still have a pain on it.pls suggest Also I have a pain on my knee from last more than a year. Pls suggest for the same

Do hot water formantation, and active exercise For 7 days If any stiffness exists please get nearest physiotherapy centre for more exercises and therapy. Thank you
